Ramkrishna Sarada Niketan, formal school started at Lepa Punarvas to impart quality specially for the education if the children of economically weaker section of the society in April 2015. Branches of Ramkrishna Sarada Niketan were opened at Bhattyan village in April 2016 and Chhoti Khargone village in June 2016.
All the facilities including Education, Vocational skills, Mid day meals, School uniform etc. are provided totally free of cost.

Vivekananda Institute of Rural Technology
At Vivekananda Institute of Rural Technology (VIRT), we provide hands-on vocational training to rural youth in practical trades such as metalwork, carpentry, electrical work, and fabrication. Our programs are designed to equip students with the technical skills and problem-solving abilities needed to address everyday challenges in their communities.
More than 500 students are currently engaged in learning through real-life projects that promote innovation, self-reliance, and sustainable development.
A team of over 65 committed instructors and staff members guide and support this mission, ensuring that education at VIRT leads not only to skill development but also to meaningful community transformation.
Residential facility for students
The residential facility caters for students enrolled in the school from 1st to 10th standard, Vocational training and DBRT courses.
Prayer and Dining hall
A new multi-purpose facility is currently under construction, designed to serve both the physical and spiritual needs of our students. The Ground Floor will house a dedicated dining hall for residential students. The First Floor will feature a tranquil prayer hall, anchored by a sacred shrine dedicated to Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda. This upper level is designed as a versatile space for prayer, meditation, and yoga practice.
