The Day, Monday, 03 July 2017, was memorable because Padma Vibhushan Dr. Anil Kakodkar inaugurated AKRUTI-NARMADA Rural Technology Centre in collaboration with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai
The inaugural function was held at Narmadalaya, Lepa Punarvas (Bairagarh), Tehsil - Kasrawad, District - Khargone.
Dr. Shrikrishna Gupta outstanding scientist of BARC took initiative in the collaboration agreement of the N.A.R.M.A.D.A. with Akruti program of BARC.
Mrs. Smita Bharadwaj, IAS, Director Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation, Indore graced the occasion. 22 scientists of BARC and Raja Rammana Centre for Advance Technology attended the program.
